++ We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst/Requirements Analyst to join our busy, growing team to work on a large eCommerce website design and development project ++

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst to join our team to help deliver a large-scale, digital project from conception and design to development and implementation. 

Reporting in to the Programme Manager you will work from a pre-existing set of requirements and create agile-ready user stories and acceptance criteria. In this way, you will act as one of the key liaison points between the business and the project team, gaining an in depth understanding of business requirements and priorities. You will have a strong understanding of agile processes for delivering shippable code. You will be comfortable communicating requirements to the design and development teams and you will track these requirements during implementation, ensuring the requirements agreed are delivered. Being organised and having an attention to detail is essential as is your ability to write effectively and communicate across the team. You will work closely with creative, strategy, business and tech teams to produce an amazing digital product. 

We need someone who is confident and comfortable with the demands this role will require from the very start.

What We’d Like To See

+ Experience with the development of large-scale websites and a strong understanding of web development technologies, third party applications and platforms, and devops.
+ Experience in end-to-end web or app development, from initial scoping and brief, through to delivery and implementation.
+ Significant experience in a Business Analyst position within retail e-commerce or similar customer-facing industry
+ Strong research and analytical skills, business acumen, strategic and creative thinking, project leadership skills and multi-tasking capabilities
+ Experience working in agile methodologies and coaching the project team on best practices.
+ Experience writing user stories, backlog grooming and drafting acceptance criteria to design and develop against.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate complex issues for consumption by technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
+ Track record of being detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to self–motivate and follow through on projects
+ Experience delivering complex projects with multiple milestones and dependencies, tracking updates and changes on a complex project for commercial due diligence.
+ Easily work with everyone from our visual designers to our tech developers and of course our clients
+ Experience with project management techniques and tools such as Jira/Confluence/GitHub Issues.
+ Good people skills to work within a team and liaise with clients
