VARIABLE HOURS LECTURERS IN TIMBER/CARPENTRY & JOINERY

Hourly Rate: GBP23.04 or GBP26.68 (Dependant on qualifications)

Hours: Dependant on the needs of the college

We are looking for qualified trade professionals willing to share their knowledge and skills with young people and adults. You should be passionate about developing students' employability skills, including Maths, English and enterprise. The ability to inspire students and contribute to innovative curriculum development and delivery are also desirable.

You will have relevant and recent industry experience, an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have experience in Site Carpentry & Joinery. Experience of working in a teaching/training capacity and machine woodworking is desirable. Similarly, the ability to demonstrate skills and understand the needs of learners in a training environment is required. A willingness to undertake teaching and assessing qualifications and continuing professional development will be essential.
