Director of Quality - Pharmaceutical Industry

A growing pharmaceutical company in Wiltshire are seeking a Director of Quality to join their team. If you're an experienced Quality professional from the pharmaceutical industry with significant leadership skills and extensive knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements, then you may be the Director we're looking for. What will you be doing? As a Director of Quality, you'll be responsible for directing and implementing strategies across the business to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal procedures that affect the manufacturing and production.. You'll have the ability to oversee the internal GMP and quality system audit program for all products, as well as design, implement, and administer a management escalation process to ensure appropriate issues. What skills/experience should you have? Extensive track record of Quality leadership and management in the pharmaceutical industry Experience of leadership participation in FDA/MHRA international regulatory inspections PhD, or equivalent, in Biological science, or equivalent MBA or equivalent senior management experience Ability to effectively work across multiple functional areas of PBL to ensure compliance.
