Nights Guest Service Manager, Atlas Hotels
Here at Atlas Hotels we have an opportunity for a Nights Guest Service Manager (Nights GSM) to join the team based in Warwick. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary.

Being a Nights GSM means taking responsibility for delivering a fantastic experience for every guest at our hotel, even in the early hours of the morning. It means communicating effectively and leading the team; being willing to get stuck in and presenting a professional and friendly face for the hotel.
Our Nights Guest Service Manager role:
As a Nights GSM you may be the first person a guest encounters at our hotel so you'll need to be friendly, professional and confident. You'll be the person a guest or colleague turns to if they have any concerns or complaints and you'll be empowered to make things right. You'll be involved in everything from serving at the bar, preparing breakfast and taking reservations, ensuring our housekeeping and maintenance teams are aware of any issues to delegating and monitoring tasks so you'll be willing and able to multi-task.
As Nights GSM there will be times when you're the most senior person in the hotel and you'll be empowered to deliver great service to your guests and colleagues.
Your role will also involve setting up and clearing down our conference facilities to the required company standards.
To become our Nights Guest Service Manager, you will have the below skills and experience:
- Experience in a hotel or other service industry in a supervisory capacity
- Articulate and communicative
- Numerate
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organised and systematic
- Concerned with quality of product and service
- Computer literate
- Market awareness
- Proven leadership ability
- Ability to shine in a busy setting
- Comfortable and confident in meeting and engaging with new people,
- Able to delegate tasks and ensure a shift runs smoothly
- Passion for great customer service.
