Permanent Warehouse Operatives

Fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join a hugely successful manufacturer based in Droitwich, on a full time, permanent contract.
This is no ordinary warehouse position, this is guaranteed full time hours on a permanent contract for a company that offers a supportive environment for all staff as well as career development and progression.

The aim of the warehouse operation is to fulfil the customers' requirements across all of their product range to a customer base that ranges from individual customers to some of the biggest retailers in the country.

This is a fast paced and energetic environment where you will face different challenges each day, so in order to be successful you must be resilient, hard working, dynamic and able to provide excellent service as efficiently as possible.

Ideally we are looking with candidates who have had exposure with an MRP system. Experience with WMS is advantageous, but system training will be given. It is vital that you are IT and computer literate.

The working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 6am and 10pm which are distributed on two shift patterns changing every two weeks:
Two weeks 6am - 2pm. Two weeks 2pm - 10pm, including a 35 minute paid break each day.

You will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturday's alternating this with having the following Monday off.
You will be offered a very competitive basic salary and an excellent remuneration package.

Due to the hours of work, own transport is necessary.
