Data / Document Process Controller

Baumot UK is based in Silverstone, working with service partners UK-wide. The Baumot Group provides its customers with an extensive range of exhaust after-treatment systems, at OEM quality standards, for retrofitting into buses, coaches, commercial vehicles, taxis, off-road vehicles as well as miscellaneous applications such as marine.

We are currently searching for a

Data / Document Process Controller

Position: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Silverstone

Working Hours: 40 hrs

Package: Generous

Task Area i.a:

• Preparation and processing of master data from various data sources, mainly in MS Excel and in the ERP system
• Operational installation, updating and control of supplier and article master data in coordination with product and purchasing management
• Further development and documentation of processes in master data management and contact for internal inquiries to above mentioned subjects
• Close cooperation with product, purchasing and content management as well as IT

Need to have Hard Skills and Experience:

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Business Administration 2 years in similar role
• High affinity for processing master data
• Good MS Office Skills especially Excel

You must be a team player, self-reliant and responsible, with a ‘can-do’ approach to getting the job done on time and right first time.
