Media Consultant - Trainee

This company is a media auditor and consultancy firm providing services to blue chip clients across the UK in order to assess the effectiveness and value of their media campaigns (TV, Online Video, Radio, Print, Outdoor, Cinema, Digital, Social.) Due to continued expansion they are looking for a Trainee Media Consultant to join their Client Service team based in Daventry, Northants.

What does your day look like?
- Analysing media data to produce presentations in the agreed company format. Majority of work will be Excel and PowerPoint based, although there will be times when you are required to analyse media campaigns via word documents.
- Sourcing and validating campaign data.
- Liaising with media agencies regarding campaign results and data discrepancies.
- Producing routine and ad hoc reports as requested and supporting all areas of the business as required during busy periods.

The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Be personable, interested and having an opinion on media campaigns.
- Have proven numerical ability with either A level maths or a GCSE in maths at grade A or above (a numeracy test may be required).
- Have proven literacy.
- Be highly analytical and accurate. Attention to detail is a must.
- Be a team player who is also self motivated.
- Be experienced with Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be flexible and organised with the ability to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
