Job Coach Support & Administration Officer / Administrator
Kidderminster
£21,003 to £23,830
Fixed term contract - up to 24 month contract
Full time - 40 hours per week
Our client is delighted to be a key partner in an innovative Worcestershire consortium who have been successful in securing an additional £1 million of Lottery and European Social Investment Funding – Building Better Opportunities (BBO).
Worcestershire Building Better Opportunities has been shaped by the Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership, and the Big Lottery Fund is matching funds from the European Social Fund (ESF) 2014-2020 to invest in local projects tackling the root causes of poverty, promoting social inclusion and driving local jobs and growth.
Due to the success and growth of Building Better Opportunities in Worcestershire, our client is looking for an experienced employment services professional to join the team. They are seeking applicants who have knowledge and experience of working on funded employment service contracts such as (Lottery, SFA, ESF or DWP), specifically the administration and compliance requirements of these contracts as you will be a key part of ensuring the overall success of the project. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Job Coach Support Officer to proactively assist in the delivery of the BBO project, monitoring and supporting the Job Coaches with administration and compliance of project paperwork.
The JCSAO will develop and maintain specialist knowledge of local and national employment support provisions and share this knowledge with BBO Job Coaches to support the Participant journey. You will have experience of working in outstanding teams and have the ability to support BBO Job Coaches and delivery partners via an existing quality and compliance framework of auditing and observations. The JCSAO will develop relationships with BBO Job Coaches and other key stakeholders to assist the progress of the project.
This is a challenging post and will require the successful candidate to be innovative, have a positive attitude and be an effective communicator with the ability to inspire and able to provide group and individual feedback. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team that provides a high quality service and an organisation that is committed to valuing and supporting its employees and the local community.
This post is an up to 24 month fixed term contract depending on start date and is part funded by European Social Fund and match funded by Big Lottery.
