The successful candidate will work as a member of the Marketing department and are required to establish effective working relationships with all our companies and including their sales teams, product managers and senior managers.

These relationships are very important. You must work together with teams who may have conflicting priorities. This requires the ability to see the bigger picture of the business, and to influence peers and more senior managers.

What they are looking for

- 1-3 years relevant work experience gained within a company in a related market sector
- Relevant experience in event planning, project management, marketing campaign management
- Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
- Good all-round communicator comfortable in dealing with individuals at all levels of the organisation
- Confident user of Microsoft Office suite
- Sound analytical and report writing skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good project planning, prioritisation and time management skills
- Hands-on proactive approach
- Support and promote the product lines of the company, delivering all product marketing activities on time and within the agreed budget
- Manage the year-round exhibition and events planning and execution process
- Liaise with the relevant cross-functional teams within the organisation to effectively plan and implement product launches and campaign materials
- Manage all PR activity with magazines and publications
- Manage the marketing budget planning worksheet, updating it as necessary
- Conduct marketing activity analysis, write monthly marketing reports on product launch, exhibitions and campaigns activities, identifying opportunity areas and providing recommendations for improvement

Working in marketing can at times be pressured, as the role requires you to work towards set deadlines with high volumes of work.

The business works a normal 5 day working week Monday to Friday 9 to 5 but you will be expected to work any additional hours as necessary to complete your work

The company reserves the right at any time to require you to work different hours either on a temporary or permanent basis on reasonable notice.
