Operations Team Leader
An exciting opportunity has arisen to take on the role of working within the operations department, leading the organisations central Helpdesk function.

Principal duties of the role include:

  • The allocation of reactive work orders to suitably skilled engineers in order to complete in line with client SLA’s
  • The allocation of planned maintenance tasks to engineer’s inline the contractual schedules
  • To provide support to the technical department in relation to quotation returns and the purchasing of goods and services
  • To supervise the organisations Helpdesk function (team of 4) ensuring that company management systems are kept up to date, alongside acting as the Helpdesks principal advisor in order to resolve client queries

It is essential that you have experience within the Commercial Building Services sector and hold sound knowledge of all operational activities and industry trade skills.

You will need excellent communications skills and have proficient problem solving capability. It is crucial that you have the ability to work well under pressure, the confidence to make decisive decisions and experience in meeting tight deadlines.
