The Job

Service Delivery & Provisioning Project Coordinators manage the end-to-end provisioning of telco services, IT solutions, customer orders and services that have been agreed by our sales team. This includes coordinating orders with multiple service deliverables.

The main duties include:
- Taking ownership of orders from start to end.
- Engaging with suppliers to organise the efficient delivery of appropriate goods and services within budget and timescale
- Proactively track their service delivery against agreed criteria and performance metrics, both in terms of deliverables, SLA's and targets
- Regularly report to both clients and the company on progress against SLA's and targets
- Identify service failures, ideally proactively, and propose, communicate and implement appropriate remediation
- Working with all areas of the business to improve and streamline the delivery, to both minimise the cost, but also exceed customer satisfaction
- Working with the Sales and Operational delivery teams to ensure all contractual and commercial obligations are being met with the customer, and, where appropriate, backed off to third-party providers.
- Ensuring quality of service, delivery and adherence to agreed SLA's is maintained
- Establishing strong professional working relationships with all customer and suppliers
- Ensuring the customers are communicated with, regularly and professionally
- Ensuring all appropriate Provisioning and Billing systems are updated
- Ensure all critical business systems have full and up to date client information

About You

You will need to have a flexible, friendly and helpful manner, a "hands on" approach coupled with the ability to learn things quickly and have a sharp eye for detail. You will also possess an excellent inter personnel manner, and will always adopt a clear, positive, and friendly but decisive approach. You will ideally:

- Have experience of client relationship management & supplier management
- Have worked in an IT/Telecoms environment with a reasonable understanding of the key technologies the business deploys
- Have experience working with a variety of clients simultaneously, with multiple different stakeholders
- Can demonstrate you can work on your own initiative to budget and deadline.
- Have experience of engaging and working with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Be highly organised with good attention to detail
- Be highly numerate and articulate
- Possess a high level of practical Excel skills (including pivot tables and VLookup)
- Have excellent communication skills: Both written and oral
- Be ITIL and/or PRINCE II accredited (Desirable)
- Have a Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
