This Company are looking for an experienced and motivated administrator to support the day-to-day running of their Digital Marketing and Data businesses. Working in a creative and innovative environment with a highly skilled and driven team, this is an exciting, challenging, and diverse role.

You will be working with the Group Management and Administration team to assist with seamless operations and administration of two group companies. The role will be varied with a lot of scope for taking on more responsibilities and personal development. Guided and mentored by the EA and the management team, you will be pivotal in keeping these companies running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:
You will be a methodical and diligent all rounder, with a flexible attitude and helpful positive approach. You will have previous experience of business administration and management within a fast growing company and be comfortable working at a fast pace and in a high pressured environment.

For this role the salary will be £24,000 - £32,000 depending on experience. Working hours will be 9 until 6pm. Please click on apply now and send them your CV.

Responsibilities:

Project Management Systems support:
A key aspect of your role will be management of their project tools and process to assist our project and accounts teams day to day tasks:

- Responsible for the upkeep of project management systems (Harvest, Basecamp and Team gantt) -project setup, time allocation, quality management of data, project reporting and archiving on a monthly basis.
- Collating project management information on a monthly basis to support management meetings.
- Working with the EA to ensure processes are followed and project management systems are used correctly.

Team Efficiency:
- Team time tracking: co-ordinate and report on staff time-sheets, ensuring timesheet data is correct and up to date.

Administration:
- Co-ordinating HR Process: processing annual leave requests, assisting the recruitment process.
- Process and Policy management: maintaining company policies and processes.

Facilities management.
- Responsible for ordering equipment, stationery and sundries.

Finance:
- Accounts administration (Xero): assisting the invoicing process
- Daily and monthly accounts reconciliation.
- Banking

Requirements:

- 3-4 year's Administrator / Office Manager experience.
- 1-2 year's experience with Accounting software such as Xero or Sage.
- Educated to Degree level or similar.
