NHS Shared Business Services are looking for a new member to join their inbound employment service desk team. This member should be confident on the phone and be able to communicate with both employee's and other members of Payroll and Pensions.
Employees in over 180 NHS Trusts call regarding a number of issues and questions relating to their pay, tax, and pensions. With your knowledge from training you will be able to assist employee's with their concerns and resolve issues that you're faced.
