Role:

The Marketing Manager holds ultimate responsibility for the company's marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing plan for the business. Duties of the Marketing Manager Include:

- Working with the CEO to develop and implement the Company and their brand strategy.
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy and plan - including campaigns, events, digital and social marketing and PR.
- Working closely with the CBDO and company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools and marketing materials and agreeing plan for boosting pipeline and generating leads.
- Guiding the day to day marketing activities and potentially adding to the team over time.
- Working with CEO and CBDO to help compile market research.
- Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented against an agreed timeline.
- Work closely with CTO and product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
- Implement and manage web marketing strategy including website and keyword optimisation, SEO, paid online advertising etc.
- Manage analyst relations and development a plan to evolve this over time.
- Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation.
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
- Looking after appropriate market research as required.

Requirements of the role:

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing or similar.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Marketing role in IT with some managerial responsibility over function and / or people.
- Proven track record of success in IT and preferably Enterprise Software marketing roles. B2B as opposed to B2C experience is preferable.
- Available for travel, not anticipated to be significant but occasional trips to London, Europe or US may be required.
