For this Operations & Reporting Analyst role, you will be responsible for the coordination and creation of accurate financial reporting and trend analysis for all defined business areas to enable the Finance Business Partners and Directors to help drive the achievement of the agreed budgets and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Responsible for the financial month end reporting activities to Ricoh Europe ensuring accurate financial data is supplied and is aligned with all internal business performance.
- Responsible for the forecast and budget reporting for all defined business areas to enable them to meet the divisional objectives and growth.
- To support the Finance Business Partners with reporting data for large deal activities including preparation of pricing and cost modeling support to enable the business to make sound business decisions.
- To support the delivery and execution of process improvement, thus enabling process efficiencies

The successful candidate will bring a high level of continuous improvement and innovation to the Finance Team. Utilising your superior excel, VBA and Macro creation skills, you will develop accurate and timely financial information using accounting software such as Oracle, Cognos and Siebel.

You should also be team-orientated with a flexible approach to your work to accommodate the execution of the financial month and year end reporting timetables. Suitable relevant experience in a financial environment is desired (preferably part-qualified Accountant).
