Our client provides a range of housing and day support services in a manner that promotes self-esteem, respect and independence to people disadvantaged by housing circumstances or social need.
 
They are currently seeking an ICT Support Assistant to join their head office in Bradford to provide 1st level support for internal users and administration / support to the ICT Support Officer and ICT Manager.
 
Within this role you will be responsible for answering the ICT Service Desk telephone, monitoring the ICT support email inbox, ensuring that all support calls are correctly logged, troubleshooting and resolving basic technical difficulties including software and hardware. You will also assist with the setting up of IT equipment including laptops and projectors and the installation of new hardware and software if required.
 
The successful candidate will be an intermediate user of MS Office and Windows Applications. Experience of 1st line user support / administrative support and administering Windows Server Active Directory would be beneficial. You will have strong organisational and communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to work as part of a team. You are required to hold or willing to undertake any necessary training. It is essential that you have your own transport.
