Pay and benefits



Pay rate - based on 37 week (0900 - 1700)
Print Sales £7 Per Hour - £8 Per Hour
Digital Sales £10 Per Hour

Estimated monthly on target earnings for the first 3 months of service - £375 - £1200 - Uncapped thereafter

This trainee telesales position will provide you with fantastic opportunities for personal development through training and support, and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission. Successful applicants will be required to complete 2 days of training (paid to them on successful competition of their first 4 weeks) and a 12 week probationary period, before being offered a permanent contract. There is a £19,000-22,000 salary p/a, access to private health care, 24 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) and a 6% pension contribution are included in the permanent remuneration package.

Your core duties will be to increase the company's client base by bringing on board new subscribers to its legal literature, including Tax and HR manuals, the content of which has been put together by in house editors. This is a fast selling and immensely popular product amongst the SME market.
