Here is an excellent chance to join the Service team within our Contact Centre within Ricoh UKs Head Office in Northampton. As Technical Support Advisor you will support, maintain and administer Ricoh document solutions - both nationally and internationally and provide 1st and 2nd line technical support, including hardware and software solutions.
With exceptional customer service skills, you will provide outstanding service to both external and internal customers as well as own enquiries and incidents and resolve by offering a first level response, escalating processes as required and providing regular updates to all stakeholders.
Other key duties will involve the transfer of data information from client logging software into company systems and liaising with third party providers, including customers IT departments and other operating companies in order to deliver an agreed contractual service globally.
This is a role requiring good attention to detail and database management skills along with sound IT/PC skills, an excellent telephone manner. You will also need clear and concise written communication skills, a strong commercial awareness and good problem solving ability.
