Graduate Support Consultant

Graduate Support Consultant – Cannock, Staffordshire – Excellent Negotiable Salary -  Monday – Friday – Shifts between the hours of 12:00 – 22:00   

We are seeking applicants for an established commercial business. They have an excellent opportunity to work in their client and technical support division as junior support consultant. This is a client focussed role with a technical edge. You will work between client and support management to experience, document and replicate client software application issues. You will at times work with code, data and test execution. You will be supporting international clients remotely and occasionally in person. 

We are hunting for recent and upcoming graduates with a degree, ideally in a technical or business focussed discipline. A personal interest or internship in technical environment will also be considered. We are also happy to consider 2018 graduates who are able to start full time in April / May of 2018. We need someone who is forward thinking, intelligent and articulate.
