About the Job

Do you want to be a part of support Games Workshop’s quest to have the best sales training?

Are you excited by working with a group of dedicated professionals across our global sales business to produce and co-ordinate training resources?

Your responsibilities will include talking to key stakeholders to identify individuals and business needs, identifying training materials (both new and existing) reviewing them to find common themes and making decisions about which will be the most effective. You will design and write appropriate training sessions considering different methods that will deliver the needs as identified whilst continually reviewing effectiveness and maintaining a database.

We know it can be hard to work with truly passionate people who all believe their solution is best for the business.
