Learning Inclusion Administrator - London South East Colleges

London South East Colleges (LSEC) is the major provider of vocational education and training in south-east London. We provide a distinctive range of courses for young people, 16 to 18 and a wide range of professional and employment-related HE qualifications for adults.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our successful Learning Inclusion team at Orpington. They will have knowledge and experience of EHCPs (Education Health & Care Plans) and working with students with a variety of moderate to complex learning and physical difficulties, including emotional, social & mental health.

The successful candidate will be responsive and student centred. They will have good computer and administration skills but above all, they will be highly committed to providing exceptional support, advice and guidance to learners at all levels. S/He will also have excellent communication skills and proven ability to working productively with external agencies, parents and other stakeholders and college colleagues.

As the College supports a number of children and vulnerable adults, all staff are exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Accordingly, most staff will be subject to either a 'Standard' or 'Enhanced' DBS (formerly CRB) check.
