Senior Finance Business Partner - Accountancy & Finance - Market Leading Support Services Organisation - Surrey

One of the UK's leading outsourcing businesses are working closely with Investigo to hire a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic and hardworking finance function. This is a highly influential role within one of the UK's leading providers of outsourcing services within the UK.

The Opportunity:

• You would be an integral member of the Finance function, acting as the lead Finance contact for the assigned business areas.
• Facilitate the production and management of annual budgets/plans and regular re-forecasts within the group's overall strategy
• Work very closely with the operational and business development teams as an integral part of the day to day running of the business
• Provide forward looking insight utilising experience of the past and utilising financial and business skills
• Take a lead role understanding and challenging current business practice, identifying and implementing initiatives to improve process and deliver business growth objectives
• Driving analysis and commentary around key KPI's and financial impact including forward looking opportunities and risk

Requirements:

• Must be able to confidently challenge and influence senior management on their plans including the financial impact of previous and future decisions
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA preferred) with experience of working alongside business functions outside of Finance
• Will ideally have a background or experience within a major Outsourcing / BPO / Support Services organisation
• Effective at operating in a matrix environment
