Part Time HR Business Partner - 12 month FTC (Maternity) - West Midlands
Ashley Kate HR are partnering with a strong brand name in the hire business to recruit for a HR Business Partner on a part time basis (3 days per week) over a 12 month period.
This business is one of the strongest in its field and has been operating for over 50 years. A chance to be part of this has arisen due to maternity which has prompted a 12 month cover for a HR Business Partner. This role will be regionally focused and HR project based with additional operational work.
To be successful in this role you will be:
??Flexible and able to work on a part time basis
??A strong HR generalist with project experience
??familiar with setting up HR policies, procedures and plans from scratch
??Familiar with regional travel
??Autonomous character and able to prioritise tasks and diary
