The advisory and programme delivery division delivers services to projects ranging in scale and complexity from GBP1m to GBP20bn, through the technical disciplines of programme management, project management, project controls, scheduling, cost management, estimating, infrastructure finance, management consulting, digital consulting, education and healthcare management.
Our portfolios deliver services to infrastructure clients operating in the Buildings, Energy, Environment??????????????????????????? and Water, Transportation, Education, and Healthcare sectors.

We have an exciting opportunity for a senior consultant to join our fast-growing Business Improvement and Change team in the UK, delivering a range of services including:
- business improvement
- business transformation
- programme management
- procurement; and
- business case advisory
The role will include:
- Leading and managing business improvement and business transformation programmes
- Developing business and securing commissions
- Building internal and external networks to identify new opportunities
- Supporting Customer Account Managers and Practice Leaders
- Supporting the development of a team of consultants
- Helping promote our services across the UK and internationally.
We would like to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following:
- A strong record of accomplishment in business transformation and/or improvement services within industry and/or consulting
- Management roles at an organisational level or on major projects/programmes, and the ability to operate at a senior level with clients
- Industry experience within the infrastructure, water utilities, construction, energy, or transportation sectors
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and experience of bidding and winnings work
- Teamwork experience, through line management and/or project teams
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to show initiative and adaptability
- Flexibility for travel within the UK and internationally, if required, dependent on business needs and assignments
