HR Advisor - 6 month FTC

A charity in central London are seeking a HR Adviser on a 6 month FTC. You will be providing support to the relevant senior managers and support your area of the business through coaching, advice, guidance and play a critical role in influencing stakeholders. Your duties will include: Casework ManagementPerformance Management Absence ManagementCoaching and MentoringTo be considered for this role you will have significant HR advisory experience (in charity or commercial) and strong generalist experience. Up to date knowledge of employment law is essential, as is strong ER experience and extensive experience of advising during informal and formal meetings including disciplinary and grievance hearings and appeal procedures The consists of four distinct brands: ProTax, ProLegal, ProFinance and ProHR.
