Quattro Recruitment are working with a Coventry based well-established company who are seeking a part-time Payroll Administrator to join their small team, on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate for this role will be given the flexibility to work between 25-30 hours per week, over 4 days, in whichever format suits them.
The salary for this role is GBP11.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the duties will include:
• Managing a payroll for just over 100 members of staff
• Using Sage50 to process the payroll, every pay period
• Calculate SMP, SSP, SPP and SAP
• Calculate and make deductions from pay when required
• Gathering data and inputting on the database
• Manage year end, sending all relevant documents to HMRC
• Ensure that Data Protection legislation is adhered to and all records are kept confidential
• Calculate all and determine the companies tax obligations
• Query resolution - Managing the employees expectations regarding pay discrepancies
• Completing Return to work meetings with staff following sickness
• Managing holiday entitlements and requests
