Position: Night Team Leader
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Contract type: Part Time, Permanent
Hours: 24 hours per week
Salary: GBP9.46 per hour rising to GBP10.02 per hour after successful completion of probationary period

About the Role:
Duties of the Care Team Leader will include leading shifts and associated tasks, medication management and administration and dealing with emergency situations. You will also be responsible for contacting GP's and other health professionals and dealing with visitor's and other professionals.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of care plans. You will work alongside and lead the care team. You will also be responsible for staff support sessions and for the security of the home.
About You:
QCF Level 3 is desirable or a willingness to work towards achieving this.
Previous care experience and a willingness and ability to lead a team.
Full Induction will be provided on commencement.
