Reporting into the Head of HR based in Leeds

A well established, fast paced, growing business based in Leeds.
Description
Reporting into the Head of HR you will be managing the day to day HR operations for approx 700 employees.
You will be first point of contact for Managers for all operational HR
- Stake holder relationships across the business
- Employee Relations

- Longer term managing the payroll function
- Managing HR Assistant
Profile
- Have previously worked as a HR Manager or is a Senior HR Advisor looking for the next step
- Have strong Employment Law knowledge
- Have worked on HR Projects
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build stake holder relationships across the business
- Have the desire to manage the payroll in the longer term
- Able to travel once a week as part of the role
- CIPD qualified
