Type of Service: Specialist Residential and Education for Children and Young People
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 per annum
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Deputy Manager to assist in the operational management of the specialist residential home and education service for children and young people.
You will work closely with the Registered Manager, carrying out duties such as rotas and managing the staff team, in order to maintain a friendly and supportive environment and achieve the best possible outcomes for every pupil.
If you are fully flexible, hold the QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People Services (or equivalent) and have experience with Autism and PBS, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you to progress within a highly reputable organisation.
