Billing Analyst

Billing Analyst required to work for this growing IT company, located in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Working within an accounts department, the ideal candidate should have -
- Excellent communication, numeracy and excel skills
- Be motivated and assertive
- Have the ability to multi task.

Duties to include -
- Prepare and issue monthly bill run to customers, review and verify billing data and ensure accounting entries are reconciled
- To issue maintenance invoices
- Maintenance of customers billing details (PO information, customer addresses etc)
- Primary contact for billing and invoice queries both internally and externally
- Monthly analysis reports
- Other billing and general office and administration tasks as required.
