Field Sales Representatives

My client is looking for excellent Sales candidates to join their business on a permanent basis, selling and marketing their products across the Oxfordshire area. I am looking to find candidates who are looking to advance their career within field sales and grow the organisation further.

Overview

Responsible for developing sales in the Oxford area; through acquiring new customers and expanding product range sold to existing customers. To liaise between customers and the sales office to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create a portfolio of customers
• Expanding range of products purchased by existing customers
• Adding value to the basic sale, normally through in depth product, market and customer knowledge
• Liaise with customers to resolve complaints or complex orders which require further attention to detail
• Identify key accounts which require extra attention and divide time accordingly
• Identifying new business opportunities through following up qualified leads
• Communicate customer orders quickly and efficiently to the sales office
• Analyse market activity and report findings to the sales office
• Project a positive image of the company

• Personable / sociable nature, able to create good customer relationships
• Full UK Driving Licence

Good technical knowledge of the window/door/conservatory's - Not Essential but Desirable!
