PART & FULL TIME WARD HOSTS URGENTLY REQUIRED

WARD HOSTS URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR ONE OF CORNWALL’S BIGGEST CONTRACT CATERING COMPANIES IN THE TRURO AREA.

At Cornwall Staff Agency we are looking for individuals with the right attitude and to be able to provide effective and efficient food service within wards and departments, ensuring the highest food safety standards at all times.

The right candidate will need a proven track record of being able to work in high pressured environments, need to work at speed, work to deadlines and as part of a team or alone.

Duties will include carrying out the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner plus tea and coffee runs which will be detailed by ways of menus in the wards. You will be carrying out hygienic cleaning of catering and associated areas, to undertake cleaning duties including floors, walls and all equipment, to take orders and complete written records as necessary for hot and cold temperature logs and undertake mandatory, on the job and any other training necessary.

The right candidate will also require an enhanced DBS & ideally hold a Level 2 Hygiene certificate or any other catering related qualification.

Ongoing full time contract with immediate starts & regular shifts starting from 7am – 7pm. This will include weekends and Bank Holidays. 

We are offering excellent rates of pay and we pay weekly!! YOU WILL NEED TO DRIVE due to the required shift times.

If you are not currently in possession of a DBS certificate- this is something we can process for you on your behalf.
