Sales Account Manager - EU mainland EU / UK based €75-100,000 base + 25% bonus + Car

High level business developer for pan-European pharmaceutical development & manufacturing business

The Role

The Sales Account Manager is a key role and will involve all aspects of the business development cycle. You will build strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and requirements, through customer visits / conference attendance including all elements of outsourcing plans for Development & Manufacturing of the customer portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

  • developing proposals, working closely with colleagues and winning business
  • managing of all aspects of the Sales and Business Development cycle
  • pipeline management ( regular reporting, forecasting, budgeting of incoming programmes )

The Company

Our client is a successful and growing pan-European contract pharmaceutical development & manufacturing (CMO/CDMO) business with a global customer base including major global pharmaceuticals.

The Person

As Sales Account Manager you will be a natural high-level business developer, with a background in Sales / Business / Account Development, Programmes, Bid or Technology Transfer. You will combine strong commercial skills with an ability to build excellent relationships with both external and internal stakeholders. Ideally with a pharma / contract manufacturing / development background (CMO/CMDO) you will be mainland EU / UK based with easy airport access
