Dementia Services Manager required for the management and delivery of day care services, ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation.
Applicants will need to demonstrate the ability to develop and expand day care provision in a busy day centre for older people.
Managing a day care budget, candidates must have the ability to present management and financial information to senior managers.
The role is both operational as well as managerial, requiring a ‘hands on’ lead by example approach, as a significant proportion of the role involves practical site activities.
Experience as a Manager in a Day Care setting is desirable as is care experience of people with Dementia.
