We are a small family based accountancy firm looking for someone with experience in all aspects of bookkeeping to trial balance. Other duties will also include payroll processing, office administration and cover general office duties.
Must have good knowledge of Sage 50, knowledge of Xero and/or QuickBooks an advantage.
Currently a part-time position (4 or 5 half days) with the possibility to become full time at a later date depending on the growth of the business. Ideal for a parent returning to work whom lives locally.
You must be a conscientious and organised individual with good computer skills, attention to detail and an ability to learn new systems. You must also have the ability to work to deadlines and time manage your own workload.
The office is based in Great Hallingbury and the hours are 9.00am - 13:00pm 5 days a week, there is some flexibility around days and hours for the right candidate which will need to be agreed upon prior to starting.
