We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join the Transaction Team.
This is a customer focused, generalist finance role that will ensure that the processing of financial transactions is accurate, timely and efficient. The role will provide support to the wider finance team and the business for rent accounting, Purchase & Sales Ledger accounting and cash processing.
As part of the Transaction Team the main purpose of a Finance Assistant is to accurately process all monies coming into Knightstone and to pay all suppliers accurately, on time and within their terms, for goods or services provided to Knightstone.
The role supports both internal and external customers and requires a well organised, flexible individual with excellent customer service skills, has a positive ‘can do’ attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to continuously improve processes.
