Founded in 1961 we are a family run business that designs, manufactures & supplies automotive garage equipment for mainly UK garages and overseas export.

An opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to cover Southampton to Weymouth up to the M4

We are looking for a self-motivated person who is capable of working independently. Experience in the garage equipment industry would be extremely helpful or face to face sales of similar equipment.

Area Sales Manager Role Overview:

+ Create new customer sales within a given Area (Approx. Southampton to Weymouth up to the M4)
+ Build and Manage your customer base in a given area (Approx. Southampton to Weymouth up to the M4)
+ Maintain a good communication with new and existing customers.
+ Produce word documentation quality quotations to customers
+ Produce detailed orders and monthly sales paper work to office
+ Manage larger projects when required
+ Produce detailed measurements for CAD assisted drawings.

About You:

+ Have an idea of the garage industry
+ Dedicated to achieving high customer service to dealer standards as well as independent traders 
+ Must be self-motivated and flexible towards business needs
+ Confident with great customers skill
+ Be able to adapt for the type of customer they are dealing with
+ Determined to get the sale
+ Have a small amount of technical knowledge
+ Be able to run / organise larger project (New builds)
+ Good communication skills with admin skills to match
+ Able to resolve problems on their own or willing to ask others for help
+ Have an understanding of how and engineers will install equipment
+ Working within British standards and regulations
+ Strong relationship builder with existing & new customers

You may have worked in the following capacities:
Field Sales, Garage Equipment Lifting Equipment Sales, Area Sales, Automotive Sales.
