An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Electrical Supervisor to join us in Coatbridge, to cover Scotland’s central belt.

Within this role, you will ensure a high-quality standard of work in accordance with the current Edition of Wiring Regulations and will ensure your team produce a high standard of certification in accordance with Electrical Regulations and British Standards as appropriate and required.  You will also be responsible for supervising and managing the electrical side of various contracts across Scotland.

In order to be successful in this role, you will possess relevant recognised electrical qualifications and will be competent in electrical work.  With City & Guilds 2382 BS 7671:2008 (or equivalent) you should have City & Guilds 2391 within the last 10yrs (Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations) or equivalent as well as full working knowledge of BS 7671.

In addition, it is also essential that you have working knowledge and compliance with health and safety requirements coupled with management/leadership skills and experience in dealing with all levels of an organisation including clients and contractors.  The ability to work with current IT software including MS Office Word, Excel is also important.

Candidates for this role will hold a full UK driving licence
