Retail Area Manager
Location: Somerset Wide
Hours: 37 hours per week, 
Salary: Circa £28,000 per annum + benefits 


This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Area Manager to support and develop up to 20 shops within a Retail Group. You will be an influential leader, responsible for inspiring and motivating your shop teams to achieve their required sales and profit targets. You will be key in providing guidance, support and setting clear objectives and KPI’s to ensure that the strategic aims of the Retail Division and the Hospice are met. 

The Retail workforce consists of around 700 dedicated individuals and volunteers whose commitment and skills combined with their collective passion and energy helped to contribute almost £1.4 million towards the Hospice services last year. 

The Hospice is looking for someone who wants to use their retail management skills, passion and commitment in a fast-moving and demanding environment, knowing that their contribution will be making a real difference to individuals and families facing a life-limiting illness in Somerset. The role would suit someone who is self-motivated with excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
