Marketing Manager
Location: Leeds

At Lowell, we know that our people are the reason for our success, and we are looking for a talented and ambitious Marketing Manager to increase the reach and impact of Lowell's profile and visibility, through the delivery of high value and influential marketing and communications in the UK.
What will you be doing?
As Marketing Manager, you'll work with the PR and internal communications teams, developing and implementing a marketing and communications strategy across a range of reactive and strategically planned opportunities in print, media, events and online.
You'll lead the planning and delivery of the existing clients, new prospective clients, and acquisition channel strategy in the UK, to ensure activity is fully optimized, and ensure robust and clearly timed paid activity across digital and offline media is fully aligned to direct marketing and local marketing including events and sponsorships
With a view of continuous improvement, you'll support the development of best in class processes and procedures. You'll ensure an effective review and analysis of activity, and, if appropriate, adapt the plan to enhance delivery
What will you need?
Proven in depth/expert understanding of marketing and communications and the broader principles. Creation of marketing plans through to delivery
Ability to build a strong understanding of the external competitive environment and use this knowledge to influence decisions for the marketing and communications strategy. Delivering plans that can be used at all levels of the organisation
Ability to manage expectations with integrity, and engage and adapt across all areas of the business
Motivation to explore industry findings and insights and share within
Strong project management skills, managing multi-channel campaigns (DM, Media, digital, events, telemarketing, CRM, etc.) from production through to delivery of plans both on time and on budget.You'll also need:
Strong marketing management and leadership experience
Strategy/plan development and implementation through a team/agencies
Multi-channel marketing experience, across the mix of all online and offline channels
B2B Marketing, FS advantages but not essential
Marketing qualification - CIM Dip, desirable not essential
