Change Coach x 2 (BBO)

Temp until 31/12/19 | 37.5 • Devon | £24,355

To engage with disadvantaged participants with multiple barriers, assessing their needs and developing individually tailored support packages to enable them to become more socially included and enter training, education and/ or employment.

The successful candidate will be a highly innovative and engaging person, who is able to work with people from a variety of backgrounds. You will need to be able to work autonomously to mentor and coach individuals to help them become more socially included and enter training, education and/or employment.
