JDM Products are looking for a Head of Sales for the UK market.
As the head of our branded distribution business in the UK, the successful applicant will have 5-10 years of relevant CE experience (ideally from a distribution background), strong relationships with with leading UK retailers and a passion to drive our business to the next level. The successful applicant could be a senior sales account manager looking for an opportunity to progress or a current sales head that is looking to make a mark with an exciting and forward thinking tech business. JDM are team orientated and reward creativity and iniative.
- Develop UK Strategy and execute to grow business with existing account base / account management
- Identify opportunity to increase sales and product assortment / business development (KEY)
- Create an annual business plan including sales targets and marketing plans
- Identify, develop and deliver account/brand strategy to improve visibility and sell through in store:
- Training plan for account
- Merchandising plans for account
- Targeting and acquisition of the account base breadth and depth goals / range extension
- Gather and analyze customer performance data (e.g. run rates, inventory levels, sell through, etc.
- Work with Supply Chain Management for collaborative planning forecasting and replenishment
- Work with Logistics to facilitate getting product to customer locations
- Participate in formal and informal product training
- Work with brand partners to understand product roadmap and obtain specific product information
- Maintain knowledge of competitive products
- Manage schedule and handle administrative tasks
