Salary: £9 - £11 per hour (dependent on qualification and experience)

This Social Enterprise provides a range of diverse cultural, sporting and physical activities throughout East Devon and South Somerset.

They are now seeking a Part Time Tennis Development Manager to join their dynamic organisation. The ideal candidate should hold a minimum of LTA Level 2 accredited coaching qualification. Suitable applicants will have a minimum of two years tennis coaching experience and of developing and implementing tennis development programmes. Working hours will an average of 19 hours per week to include evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

Job purpose

To effectively manage the tennis programmes at the Tennis & Fitness Centre, taking responsibility for delivering agreed KPI's and targets.

Essential attributes

*Minimum requirement of LTA Level 2
*Minimum of 2 years tennis coaching
*Experience in developing and implementing tennis development programmes
*Sound understanding of the LTA Tennis Programmes and initiatives
*Excellent delivery of group coaching
*Good tennis playing standard
*Enjoy challenging situations and a systematic approach to problems
*Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
*Ability to deliver and maintain exceptional levels of customer care
*Able to work as part of a team

Desirable attributes

*LTA Level 3
*An understanding of budgets and targets
