The Dover Western Docks Revival Project, the single biggest investment undertaken by the Port, will create a purpose-built cargo and logistics facility at the Port, which currently handles up to £119 billion of UK trade each year.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a Service Contracts Manager to join the Contracts and Procurement team. Within this role you will provide first class procurement and delivery, focussing on the administration and commercial service contracts.

As the Service Contracts Manager you will also contribute to the strategic and operational development of the Port’s contract processing activates and will work closely with the Head of Contracts & Procurement, as well as Operations. Being responsible for the procurement and tendering of new and existing contracts, you will monitor compliance with contractual obligations and focus on the delivery of maximising value through contract arrangements.

They are looking for someone who has contract awareness, including NEW, JCT and ICE. With experience in drafting of tender and contract documentation as well as in tendering and scope preparation, you will have a demonstrable track record in managing service contract delivery.
