1 Year Fixed Term Contract - 37 hours per week is advertising for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Tunbridge Wells.

Our client is an award-winning provider of affordable housing working in Kent, Sussex and Surrey. They are committed to delivering excellent customer service, where the views and needs of residents are at the heart of everything they do. Recently accredited for Investors In People and also for the quality of their service provision by the Institute of Customer Service.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and supportive team.  Working in a busy environment you will be the first point of contact for customers. Responsibilities include taking telephone calls, responding to emails and letters and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with the organisation’s service strategy.

You will be able to demonstrate:

A strong customer service background and excellent communication skills are essential.  A knowledge of housing issues and clear writing skills would be beneficial.
