Nurses will get an opportunity to discuss a structured Career Development Pathway (CDP) and once certain criteria and competencies have been met, you’ll be offered a guaranteed Band 6 position. The pathway includes preceptorship support, an accredited CAMHS course and mentorship training. We also offer a Golden Hello bonus of up to £2,000 for Band 5 qualified nurses.
