You will be working as telephony within an enthusiastic and supportive team in the contact centre, which is a place for customers to turn when they have any queries looking for help.
You will be working with customers over the telephone or online, finding answers to their financial questions, providing great advice on making the most of their money and helping them get to the right products and services. It will be your job to provide customers with outstanding levels of customer service helping with the simplest transactions to the largest financial matter, understanding what customers need and acting upon it.
Because the company is always there for its customers, of course there is a shift pattern associated however hours are still on a sociable basis. The call centre is open 7 days a week, with shifts from 7am to 11pm and it is important you are very flexible, however the shifts on offer ensure you can balance your work with whatever is most important to you in life.
