Dental Reception Team Leader

Dental Reception- Team Leader- Competitive Salary- West Central London.

My client are a high end boutique style Dental Practice based in West London. They are all about the holistic approach to dental care and have high standards when it comes to customer care. They are committed to giving their guests he best treatment and experience available. They are now looking for a reception team leader with the same values to come and join their ever growing team.

Main duties Include but are not limited to:-

- Inbound/Outbound calling

- Taking payments from customers

- Representing the brand in an impeccable way

- Buying floral decor for the clinic

- Buy water machine infills and clean regularly

- Maintain an impeccable appearance of your own presentation and the practice

- Understanding cheque/cash and credit card payments

- Promoting current deals and products

- Controlling the inbox enquiries

- Checking the answer phone messages and responding

- Maintaining relationships with current customers- sending birthday cards, recall letters.

- Acting as team lead for reception staff- ensure they understand company policies and procedures

- Managing team absences'

- Be involved in the recruitment and training of new members

- Carry out monthly team reviews and 1-1s

- Maintaining the filing systems and other admin duties

The ideal candidate will possess the following:-

- Previous work experience as a receptionist within a dental practice.

- High standards of personal presentation.

- A knowledge of managing a small team.

- A great attitude and initiative towards customer service
