I am recruiting on behalf of a well established law firm in Birmingham City Centre for a Legal Administrator/Receptionist

The role of the Legal Administrator / Receptionist is to provide effective support to the Birmingham office.

Main responsibilities:

" Providing full support to the Birmingham office to enable them to operate efficiently.
" Preparing correspondence using our case management system
" Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
" Distribute mail deliveries daily
" Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
" Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive
" Answer, Screen and forward incoming calls
" Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
" Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required


To be considered for this vacancy you must:

" Have excellent experience in reception and legal administration duties
" Demonstrate initiative
" Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
" Be highly organised, methodical and presentable

Salary £16,000- £19,000 will depend on experience and qualifications
