Sales Quality Review Officer, Mortgages
My client, a highly reputable and growing financial services organisation in Brighton, is looking for a CeMAP/MAQ qualified Compliance professional to join their team as a Sales Quality Review Officer.
Reporting to the Business Standard Manager you will conduct quality assurance checks of the end to end mortgage advice process ensuring that it is in line with company policy, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Conduct feedback sessions with the team following quality reviews, to provide them with constructive and positive feedback to support their development and performance improvement
Maintain an accurate log of all activities completed in line with the T&C and Quality Assurance policies, to provide an audit trail of colleague development and regulatory compliance
Report any identified breaches in procedures from any areas of the business
Identify trends across the teams performance and make recommendations for training and development
Identify process improvement opportunities from the sampling activities completed, to reduce costs, increase efficiencies and improve quality.
Regular and ongoing review of policies and procedures
Ensure regulatory changes are communicated to the team and coordinate the implementation of compliant solutions
Generate MI and present analysis for management and committees
There is potential for the right candidate to act as a Deputy for the Business Standards Manager after appropriate training and development
